Die EMGR Einbaumotoren bieten Ihnen aufgrund ihrer umfangreiche Einsatzmöglichkeiten einen größtmöglichen Spielraum. Ob dabei in Pumpen, Hebezeugen, Förderbändern oder Schleifmaschinen verwendet – jeder unserer EMGR Einbaumotoren ist individuell an seinen spezifischen Bestimmungsort anpassbar. Überzeugen Sie sich selbst von den vielen Vorzügen der EMGR Motoren wie der hohen Leistungsdichte, einer langen Lebensdauer und ihrer geringen Masse. Sie sind vorteilhaft für zahlreiche Konstruktionen.

Technical information

These motors consist of the wound stator laminations and the corresponding rotors or rotor bodies in the designs lM 5002, IM 5010 according to lEC 34-7 Code ll. Delivery with shaft, adapted to the special requirements of your product, is possible. The standard design is for 1 AC 230V/50Hz for AC operation (EBE series) or 3 AC 230V/400V/50Hz for three-phase supply (D.E series).

We can also supply winding designs for deviating voltages and frequencies on request. If the built-in motors can be cooled particularly well, as can be the case e.g. with pump drives by liquids, we adapt the layout to these conditions. The stator winding is designed in insulation class F, the installation of contacts for thermal motor protection is possible.
